Retreat for a Day with Jennifer Finch, M.A.,LPC, NBCC, and Amanda Trevelino, C-IAYT, RYT500 for a nurturing exploration of self love using somatic psychology, neuroscience and yoga. We'll discover what makes compassion powerful—and how you can cultivate it in your life. We will introduce you to a comprehensive framework that integrates our bodies through accessible yoga led by Amanda, and our minds through analytical meditation shaped by current research, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and eastern influenced psychology. This approach aims to support you in whole body/mind self care and give you a rejuvenated sense of ownership of self to enter into the transformative season of spring.
Jennifer is a licensed psycho-therapist and a Certified Meditation, Mindfulness & Compassion Instructor with a mind for science and a heart for positive change. She is passionate about bridging universal wisdom of meditation and mindfulness with today's research, neuroscience and psychology to share the art of thriving with those seeking it. Amanda leads experiences to embody self-discovery.
$180 includes light vegetarian lunch. During this eight hour experience, all mats props, water and tea service will be provided. You have an option to spend your lunch hour at nearby hiking trails, or picnic by the pool.
