By practicing CBCT® Meditations in a group, we can move our community back into balance and raise awareness about the benefits of compassionate action. There is a “tipping point” in which when there is just the right number of compassionate beings, training in compassion, their thoughts and behaviors can raise world consciousness to a new state of balance. Change can happen very quickly.
